Session Title - Bringing Apps to a state of Infra-nirvana
12:00PM - 12:15PM
2nd Floor, Function Room 3-4
What does it take to make an application thrive? How do we ensure that regardless of circumstances, an application is able to serve its purpose? From code to production, whether an application thrives or not depends heavily on the environment it sits in. Software environments can include operating systems, database, storage, dev tools and hypervisors. But the bedrock of all of these is the physical infrastructure they reside in. Servers host the OS, racks host the servers, data centers host the racks. And all of these each have their own specific intricacies and peripherals that demand consideration. In the same way that a complex series of code bring an application to life, it requires a complex series of instances to make an application thrive and achieve infrastructure nirvana.
